Jason HThis review is long overdue, as our install was in Sept 2023. We worked with Chris Richardson throughout the process and he took his time to answer a ton of questions. We had panels installed on a new build, and they worked with us to send someone out to measure all the rooflines since maps did not have images of the roof yet. We also did not have a full year of electric bills, so Chris was patient enough to wait on us a few months after we initially spoke so we could get 6 months worth of usage, then extrapolate the rest. We have now had the system for a complete 12 months and I am happy to say that it has produced slightly more than it was projected for, which we are happy with, as that gives us room to grow. I mainly bring this up because the projected system size was pretty much spot on… We've heard some horror stories about systems not being sized properly, but that's not the case here. As an additional note, we had a whole house generator setup after we got the panels installed, so we had to get a couple techs to come back out after the fact to re-work the wiring in our panel (note we paid for the service call and expected to). We reached out to Chris and he helped get us in touch with the right folks at Lumina to make that happen. All in all the customer service was what you would hope for, and the main reason we chose to go with Lumina.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Jason H
Sandip TurakhiaWe just installed solar panels from Lumina Solar and that is one the best decisions we have made. Especially working with Courtney Sollenberger is the best. Rodney MartinLumina solar is an amazing company to deal with. There are very knowledgeable, and great communication through the entire process. My township had an old ordinance that prevented the size of system that I needed. Lumina worked and kept me informed as to what we needed to do to get the permits. Everyone from the start to the finish was nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Rodney Martin
Lucas HockensmithI recently had a fantastic experience with Lumina Solar! Thank you, Lumina Solar, for making this process so easy and rewarding!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Lucas Hockensmith
Bruce OgdenAfter interviewing 7 solar companies, we selected Lumina Solar to design and install our solar system. Lumina has, in my opinion, the best sun angle/exposure software platform which provided us the most efficient and highest yield panel layout. Alexander Fegley, our sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions (and there were many). The installation team was awesome and great to work with. Our system is up and production is meeting all of our expectations. Selecting Lumina Solar was definitely the right decision.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Bruce Ogden
LindsayI've been working with Courtney closely for a little over a year now and she's been so incredibly supportive while I work to get my credit in order so we can start the process of switching to solar. I wouldn't go through any other company let alone anyone other than Courtney for this process. I feel very confident that I and my investment are in the best hands!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Lindsay
Frank WagnerI had a wonderful experience with Lumina Solar. The crew was courteous, timely, and truly cared about the work they were doing. They constantly touched base to make sure the project was going as planned, or if any adjustments needed to be made. The salesman Christopher Richard was honest and upfront on the cost and installation process from start to finish. My system was installed January 31, 2023. The Solar system was activated February 14, 2023. The Solar system has worked great. Their crew cleaned up the work site after their 1 day installation of 30 panels on my roof. I would rate them 10 for 10 and would use them again if I would ever need another Solar Panel project to complete. Lebanon, Pa.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Frank Wagner
Rich FatzingerI evaluated a number of different solar companies. Some impressed me. Some did not, but then I spoke with a friend who “strongly recommended” contacting Phillip Jordan with Lumina Solar. I am so glad that I did because my experience with Phil and Lumina was incredible from start to finish. The contracting process was seemless. Their pricing was in line with the other Solar providers I was speaking to, and Lumina actually used a higher rated panel. Lumina handled all of the township permitting/inspection process, which also was a very simple process. When it was time for install, there were 3 or 4 guys who came and installed all 35 of my panels in one day. They were very courteous and made sure I was properly informed and was able to provide input in any important decisions regarding aesthetics or function. My system is now turned on by my power company and it is meeting the performance specifications I was told to expect. Long story short, this has been by far my best experience with any contractor/installer I have ever had, regardless of the type of contractor/installer. I would be happy to answer any questions from anyone considering Solar.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Rich Fatzinger
DC-Mike SchenLumina Solar, my Project/Sales Manager Matt, and their installation/office team came through nearly perfectly for all aspects of my recent rooftop residential solar installation. First and foremost Matt was a great pleasure to work with and was on top of the project at all times. He is very competent and responsive! Their installation team did a great job and I have not had any concerns since. Be sure to thank them Matt! Their office team seemed to be the ones where I felt there were too many different people engaged as a result of how they segment responsibilities. A single office POC would have been preferred and ran more smoothly I think. Be prepared also because for me, from start to finish, this project took four plus months to complete, and would have likely taken longer if I had not keep up pressure on the office team…. Now, let the sun shine in!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by DC-Mike Schen
Amanda RahiExcellent experience all around. I had been considering going solar for quite some time and had looked into a number of companies. It wasn't until I spoke to Philip at Lumina that I decided to move forward. He was very helpful every step of the way and made the entire process easy and straightforward. Also, the whole crew at Lumina was very professional and did great work. I highly recommend!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Amanda Rahi
