Michael ResigWe heard about Lumina through the nonprofit Solar Switch program. We have been interested in getting solar for many years, but the process of finding a good solar provider and getting a trusted quote was very difficult - until Lumina. Lumina has a team dedicated to helping you learn everything you need to know about the solar process and they keep you informed during the journey. Lumina was excellent with communicating every step and they managed all the paperwork, permits, installation, inspection, and warranty info. It was an incredibly smooth experience and it all happened very quickly. We’re excited and proud to have our home powered with solar, and we have Lumina to thank!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Michael Resig
Brandon WernerI had my solar installed in June of 2023. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. My sales rep Jack Wood was very knowledgeable and as helpful as he could be. The install crew was done with everything in about 6-7 hours in 1 day! They sent a 4 man crew and everybody had a job and knew it well. A week later they sent a final inspector from the company to meet with me to go over any questions/concerns I had and to also meet the township inspector to go over the install and train him on products used! I had 1 small concern about my panel alignment so they sent out the crew the next week to raise the corner of the panels to level them up. My only complaint would be that my production was a about 10% under the projection for the year but obviously that is why it is called a projection. Outside of those 2 things I mentioned I have had no other issues. I have done and will continue to refer anyone who asks about my system to Lumina!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Brandon Werner
Kevin CarverWorking with Lumina Solar and Tim Cooke has been one of the best decisions we’ve made since buying our home. We are now a year into our new solar panel System and couldn’t be happier. As a roofer by trade, i was VERY selective of the company to install the system. Lumina impressed me from start to finish. 10/10 recommendReview of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Kevin Carver
Cindy NorellHappy to share that we had a superior experience with Lumina. They worked with us to customize the solar array for our house and made sure the installation process worked with our timeline. Great company to work with.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Cindy Norell
Dirk LeuGood overall experience. The way the panels looked and were arranged on the roof was important to me and Lumina delivered my request. They installed more panels than other local companies were willing to do. They offered me installation within a certain time with some money back guarantee, but we're unable to deliver on that offer. There were some problems with the structure of the roof that added an extra 15% to the project cost (bundled into the cost and eligible for tax rebate). These roof problems were not identified during a recent roof replacement and fixing them was slow and costly. Also it delayed the project into the next year, delaying the tax rebate. Overall I'm happy with the result, but communication throughout the process of the roof repairs wasn't great and delays were expensive.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Dirk Leu
S GWorking with Sufi from Lumina Solar was an exceptional experience. Sufi's professionalism, expertise, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Sufi's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident. His knowledge of solar energy and ability to tailor solutions to meet our specific needs was impressive. Furthermore, Sufi's communication skills ensured that we were kept informed at every step of the way. Overall, working with Sufi was a pleasure, and I highly recommend him and Lumina Solar for anyone considering solar energy solutions.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by S G
Christopher SchankGreat experience with Lumina solar!!!! From our initial introduction/ first experience to installation everything has been positive. Our sales rep, Fanus Coetzee, was honest and helped design a system perfect for our needs unlike other companies who simply tried to upsell us. He answered all my questions and was always available. As the first contact with the company, he made a positive impact. The installation process was positive as well. The installation team and electrition were punctual, polite, respectful of our property, cleaned up for themselves and were efficient. I have seen other solar installs with metal conduit all over ones roof and it looks sloppy. We have only a small piece extending down from soffit and nothing visible on the roof. I would highly recommend.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Christopher Schank
Ron SchnackeWe had a five-star experience with Lumina Solar. Peter Hayes kept us informed throughout the entire process from contract signing to even after installation. If you are considering solar, Lumina Solar is only company I would recommend.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Ron Schnacke
Freddy FriedmanAs a Pennsylvania resident, my expereince with Lumina Solar has been suoerb 5-star from the first contact with my Representative, Philip Jordan, to Jojo of the coordinating team, Brian and his team in evaluating the stability of my roof, Ryan and his solar panel installation team, including Kevin and his team creating the Enphase electrical hook-up. The attention to details, explaining and keeping me informed along the way gave me a perfect sense of confidence in Lumina’s experts in Solar Roof constuction. In addition, their management team, including Caitlin, took care of all the phases from building, to interfacing with my Township, getting the required permits,, excellent rating at Inspection, and coordinating with PECO and our energy grid for turning on our new Solar Energy system. In addition, Philip Jordan was terrific about helping me work out the financing for my needs and kept in touch with me at every step along the way, checking in regularly, even now that all is working. Lastly, I must give kuodos to the construction team, who not only worked as quietly as possible, not disturbing the neighbors, and working efficiently with total concentration, but were also courteous and suoer kind to my Siberian husky, who stood guard watching their progess, and they ere careful to always close the backyard gate for her safety, when going for supplies to their trucks. Actually, my neighbors are almost as exvited about our new solar roof as we are, and two of them are now going to explore solarizing their roofs too with Lumina Solar. My son and I are exvited every day, knowing we are bith contributing to saving our planet, while saving money on our utility bills. Thank you, Philip and the whole Lumina team, from Fredrica, my son Dave, and happy husky, Jessie.Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by Freddy Friedman
John DI'm probably one of the pickier customers a contractor can have and I look for excellence in service and product every step of the way. Even though the pre-planning for the job was executed well and was organized issues arose during the completion of the work. This is when I look for exceptional response because problems occur with anything we do it's how the problems are addressed that makes all the difference to me. Lumina Solar has a staff who are dedicated to ensuring the job is installed correctly and professionally. Even though there were bumps in the road the tradesman did not stop until every little detail was handled. Many companies would just say "Good enough will do" but not Lumina they persisted until the job was completed exactly to the specification quoted. Kudos to Lumina for being a customer centric company!Review of Lumina Solar PA in Chester County Pennsylvania by John D
