Tailoring Business Solar Energy Solutions in Lebanon County Pennsylvania

  1. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Jason H: This review is long overdue, as our install was in Sept 2023. We worked with Chris Richardson throughout the process and he took his time to answer a ton of questions. We had panels installed on a new build, and they worked with us to send someone out to measure all the rooflines since maps did not have images of the roof yet. We also did not have a full year of electric bills, so Chris was patient enough to wait on us a few months after we initially spoke so we could get 6 months worth of usage, then extrapolate the rest. We have now had the system for a complete 12 months and I am happy to say that it has produced slightly more than it was projected for, which we are happy with, as that gives us room to grow. I mainly bring this up because the projected system size was pretty much spot on… We've heard some horror stories about systems not being sized properly, but that's not the case here. As an additional note, we had a whole house generator setup after we got the panels installed, so we had to get a couple techs to come back out after the fact to re-work the wiring in our panel (note we paid for the service call and expected to). We reached out to Chris and he helped get us in touch with the right folks at Lumina to make that happen. All in all the customer service was what you would hope for, and the main reason we chose to go with Lumina.
  2. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Evelyn Schwartz: We love our new solar system. The company did a great and fast job at installation. The solar system has saved us a great deal of money on our electric bill. Thank you so much.
  3. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Rich Grillo: I had met with several solar companies to discuss options for my newly-built home. Courtney did a great job and stood out from the rest by thoroughly explaining different options and impacts. It was a smooth process from start to finish. Happy with Lumina.
  4. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by marcwist: Tim was great at showing us all the options available for our house. We settled on a great fit for the house and our lifestyle. The installation was flawless and so quick. Since then the production of the panels have been wonderful and serving us perfectly.
  5. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by MAMAS Midwives: Worked with Ryan Cook from Lumina and it could not have been easier. He arranged for all the inspection and permits and paperwork and installation, and his team is super responsive and helpful. The inspector even noticed a dangerous hanging wire about to fall off of our house after a previous storm, and saved us from possible electrocution by contacting Pepco to fix it before moving forward. Once it was installed, and all the permits were in, we got permission from Pepco to turn it on, and we just had to flip a switch and voilà! Solar power! Wish we had done it years ago. Bonus: we gave our code to our son and he got solar power in his house and Lumina gave him a discount and sent us a referral fee!
  6. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by John Kiker: Lumina made getting solar very simple. All we did was say “let’s go “ and the rest was done by them. Township approval, HOA, Electric Co. everything. We just sat back and watched. They were all very professional and Peter Hayes was great, always there when needed. You won’t be disappointed
  7. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Heather Reiner: Courtney Sollenberger went above and beyond for us during our solar process. We had complications with PPL and Courtney was right there to help with the process. We had our roof replaced as well as the solar panels being installed. If we had to do the process over again we’d still choose Courtney and Lumina Solar!
  8. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Zack Yankiewicz: I contacted Lumina Solar a few months ago upon purchasing a new home. After being connected with Pete Hayes I ended up going with a 36 panel ground mount installation. Pete was great during the entire process and the Lumina team did a great job with communication as well as the actual install.
  9. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Chad Haggerty: Update - Lowering Rating as I continue to wait for batteries to be installed.. My Original Quote was to also install 2 Telsa batteries - due to back order issues I went ahead with the panel installation on the assumption that the batteries would soon follow (Dec-Jan), Well it is Mid March and getting a status or update on batteries has been challenging and I still have no time table... The frustration and disappoint is growing and my perception of a very Customer Centric Company is dwindling... I would highly recommend Lumina Solar! They were very clear and responsive through the entire process. The installers did a great job and they were all very nice and very professional!!! Everyone at Lumina was nice and professional. Thank to the entire team and especially Philip for a smooth and accommodating process!
  10. Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Rebecca Phelan: This has been a great experience, and we highly recommend Lumina Solar and Matt Dier. We found out about the program through our township’s environmental advisory committee, and the whole process went quite smoothly, with very little disruption, and absolutely no mess on the part of the crew. Everyone involved has been amazing!
